The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight was formed as the RAF Historic Flight in 1957, and changed its name to BBMF in 1973 to specifically commemorate the RAF's finest hour. This set includes an Avro Lancaster PA474 the flight's most famous machine, a Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IIa P7350 an actual Battle of Britain survivor, and the later much more developed Spitfire PR.XIX PM631.
Also included in this set along with 12 acrylic paints, 2 brushes and 2 poly cements, is a flying formation display stand.
